Delivery Policy

After you make the payment, you will be redirected to the Course Dashboard where you will see the
Download Certificate button under the course you completed.

If you are directed to start your download immediately, downloading the Certificate(s) you have
purchased will signify that we have delivered the Certificate(s) to you.

You can download the certificate by clicking on the Download Certificate button or if you have any
difficulty in downloading please get in touch with us at: emails@fastcoursesonline.com

Please Note: No physical white card is issued, No RSA Licences Issued, No RSG Licences Issued,
No Food Handling Licence Issued

If you need the above license you need to complete an accredited course.

Suppose an email from us with an invoice of your purchase and instructions for completing your
download is received by you. In that case, our delivery of the Certificate(s) you purchased will be
considered complete.

If, for any reason, you are unable to download the Certificate(s) you have purchased or if you have
not received an email from us containing instructions for completing your download, you must
contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. Failure to contact us within 5 days from the
date of your order will result in the certificate (s) you purchased being considered received,
downloaded, and delivered to you.
