Refund Policy

Your Certificate is available in your Dashboard for Download once the payments are complete. We
will also email you a copy.

The courses we provide are only provided as educational courses.

Once the certificate is received by you, you will not be given a full refund if you change your mind
or are not satisfied with the purchase. There will be a none refundable A$20 charge and the rest of
the payment will be refunded to you.

In case of a stolen card payment or unauthorised payment, you will be given a 100% refund once
you prove that the payment is unauthorised by you and you have not done the course in your name or email address provided.

You can request a refund within 2 days of the purchase date and no refund will be granted after this
period.
